Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to Fileshorebase tech analysis workshops, labs, and team coaching. It does not cover product retail or physical goods shipping—we do not sell those.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid directly to Fileshorebase for a confirmed programme seat or coaching engagement. Informational prices on the website are not invoices.

Timeframe for full refunds

Public workshop or lab seats cancelled in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the first session day receive a full refund of fees paid, minus any non-recoverable third-party venue charge we disclose in your confirmation.

Partial refunds

Cancellations received between thirteen (13) and seven (7) days before the first session day receive a fifty percent (50%) refund of fees paid. Cancellations inside seven (7) days are not refundable, though we may offer a transfer to a later cohort when seats exist.

Non-refundable items

Completed session days, personalised coaching hours already delivered, and printed workbooks prepared for a named participant after the prep deadline are non-refundable.

Deposits

Some private team engagements require a deposit to hold dates. Deposits become non-refundable once we have reserved facilitator time and confirmed the schedule in writing, unless we cancel the engagement.

Work already started

For multi-week coaching, fees cover the agreed package. If you end early, we refund unused future weeks after deducting sessions already held and materials already produced for your team.

Purchased materials

Digital templates included with a programme stay available after attendance. Separately purchased printed packs, once produced, are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

You may request one free transfer to another published cohort date at least seven (7) days before start, subject to availability. Additional transfers may incur an administrative fee stated in writing.

No-shows

Absence without prior notice on a session day counts as attendance for refund purposes. We do not refund no-shows.

Cancellation by Fileshorebase

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a seat on a later date. If we reschedule and the new dates do not work for you, you may take a full refund.

Refund process and timing

Email hello@fileshorebase.click with your name, programme, and payment reference. We confirm eligibility within five (5) business days and process approved refunds within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method when possible.

Refund method

Refunds return to the bank transfer or card channel used for payment. We do not issue cash refunds at the studio.

Exceptions

Serious illness or bereavement documented in writing may allow a goodwill transfer or partial refund outside the timelines above, at our discretion.
