Who we are

Fileshorebase provides tech analysis training and coaching from 57B-59A Tran Hung Dao, Ward 6, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City. These terms cover use of fileshorebase.click and participation in our programmes.

Website information

Programme descriptions, dates, and fees on this site are informational. They do not create a booking until we confirm availability in writing after your enquiry.

Enrolment

A place on a workshop, lab, or coaching engagement is secured when we accept your enrolment and you meet any deposit or invoice terms stated in our written confirmation.

Conduct

Participants agree to treat peers and instructors respectfully, protect confidential case material shared in class, and avoid recording sessions without prior written permission.

Intellectual property

Workbooks and templates provided for a programme remain Fileshorebase materials. You may reuse them inside your organisation for analysis work; you may not resell or republish them as a competing course.

Liability

Training improves method and judgement; it does not guarantee business outcomes. To the extent permitted by Vietnamese law, our liability for any claim related to a programme is limited to fees paid for that programme.
